Although the Siglers have full confidence in their Monolithic Dome, they are a little nervous about the variety of guests. Valerie said, "We are all very nervous about having people stay during the storm, so keep everyone in your thoughts and prayers. This is a huge storm that will last a long time. We hope everyone likes everyone else in the house. Intimate settings can make for a stressful situation among strangers." The worldwide coverage of the hurricane has put us in a spot light of those seeking unique structures to weather out the storm. The Marin Independent Journal of Marin County, California even ran a feature story about Dome of a Home. As they anxiously await Ivan to arrive, the Siglers have had calls from Good Morning America, NBC, and Discovery Channel. They are still trying to get the attention of the Weather Channel, but so far, no luck. Mark Sigler was interviewed by the Canadian Discovery Channel on Sept 10, 2004.
