Beginning
January 18, 2001, David B. South, President of Monolithic Dome Institute
based in Italy, Texas, took to the airways with a 13-week radio broadcast
called DomeTalk. It aired each Thursday from 7AM-8 AM MST
on KFNX 1100 AM Phoenix, Arizona.
You can download
the broadcast of each radio show on this website. DomeTalk is archived
on this website so you can listen to each show at your convenience.
DomeTalk
investigates different aspects of Monolithic
Dome architecture and focuses on the intricacies dome builders and
enthusiasts encounter.Topics of discussion range from polyurethane foam,
engineering, renewable energy and master architects.
A few of
David's guests include architect Rick
Crandall from Mesa, Arizona, Randy
and Barry South of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Jerry Whitaker from UCSC of
Phoenix, Arizona, and engineer Dr.
