Seven domes provide a gross floor area of 4,144 square feet. Two are 30' x 11' half ellipses that house the bedrooms. Two others are 36' x 13' half spheres encompassing the living area, kitchen and theater. Three remaining domes serve as a meditation nook, a small bedroom and what will eventually be an office.

Al continues his golf game while his fleet of mowers do all the work.

See Robot Ranch, a complex of 7 interconnected, earth-sheltered Monolithic Domes, designed by Al Schwarz -- a 2004 Monolithic Workshop graduate.

See Al golfing beside his dome complex that sits on 7.3 beautiful acres, overlooking a lake in Ferris, Texas.

See Al's herd of flag carrying robot mowers grazing on all that grass.

You can see all that plus scads of captioned pictures documenting the development of Robot Ranch and what goes on during a Monolithic Workshop. A click on www.robot-ranch.com will get you there.
