This single story home is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home. It is 1256 square foot (40’ dia) Monolithic Dome with a 14’ ceiling in main living space. This Monolithic Dome home was built by JDs Domes, LLC of Moro, IL.

This home, like most Monolithic Domes, truly cannot be appreciated from the driveway. This dome is open for its third year in a row. This Dome scored one of the best scores in the county as an Energy Star Home in 2009 and has out tested similar sized homes of traditional, SIPS, and ICF constructions.

The Denver Post, the Colorado Springs Gazette and even USA Today have featured the home, which has been christened Bristlecone Dome.
