David South, president of Monolithic, talks about a state-of-the-art technique that uses Grow Domes to grow fresh produce, anywhere, regardless of the weather or time of day. A Grow Dome is equipped with a computerized program of LED lighting that can actually trick a vegetable or a fruit into growing faster.
