Description:

A 40 ft. Dome with protruding windows that are outlined with clay tile. A large entryway that has a two step tile roof on it. The top of the Dome has a oucagone roof that is also tiled. Inside there is a loft with a floating staircase, two bedrooms, two baths, and a kitchen. All the floors are tiled and have hot water heat under them.

Keith Wortman’s Monolithic Dome home in Fairplay, Colorado has made a lot of headlines over the years. The Denver Post, the Colorado Springs Gazette and even USA Today have featured the home, which has been christened Bristlecone Dome.
