New Filter Michael South

Here is the new filter right out of the box. The incoming line goes into the top, pre-filter, then down into the ceramic filter.

The undersink version of our Ceramic Drip Filter has just been released. Its simple design allows you to install this unique water filter in your own home.

It is described as, “A ceramic, half-micron water filter." The micron removes water-borne bacterium. The inside of the filter is loaded with different media or ingredients, such as man-made carbons, mother nature carbons and man-made resins. Those different resins and carbons remove the different contaminants in the water.

I replaced the water filter that was under my sink with this one about 3 months ago. It was very easy to install; the whole process took about 30 minutes. Here is what I have noticed while using it.

Water Quality

The water tastes great! We have relatively bad tasting water where I live, and this water filter has improved the taste greatly. Also, knowing that this filter blocks ALL of the bad bacteria in the water is a good feeling.

Delivery

I noticed that the speed in which this filter delivers the water is just a little slower than the one I had before, but it is still a reasonable speed.

Cost

The average filter for my previous system cost me about $30 to replace, and I had to replace it every couple months. That is around $180 a year. This filter has been in my sink for 3 months, the manufacturer says they are good for 6 months, and its true. Since my installation, there has been no loss in taste or flow, in fact there has been no change at all. The replacement filter for the Undersink Water Filter costs under $40 per year.

Disaster Protection

This water filter can take water from floods, lake, rain, well, tap, river or stream water without worry. So, if there was a water line break in your neighborhood, contaminants in the line would be filtered out.
